1.12 scale modern mansion available in variety of options.
Made from 3mm quality sustainable plywood comes unpainted and unassembled.
Easy assembly (white wood glue ideal) comes in 2, 3, or 4 independent storeys depending on your prefer. Each module has 5 pieces (3 walls, ceiling and floor) Exterior fittings windows and front door included. Pieces are numbered in order of assembling sequence. 1 of the 3 storey kits has additional balcony and railings. Ideal if you wish to start small as additional double storey buildings can be added to in future.
Comes open backed for interior access. However, there are options to have a full-size plywood back (giving a back opening facility) or alternatively a magnetic clear Perspex back added at an additional charge.

These kits are Made to Order each passing through quality control where pieces are thoroughly examined and numbered. The dollhouse kit is carefully assembled (no glue) making sure all fits perfectly, then disassembled, packaged ready for despatch
