Springwood Cottage Kit is ready for you to design
your own decor inside and out with 6 rooms providing space for all modern
conveniences. The house features a gap (doorway) between the back wall and
stairs to allow its inhabitants to access the rooms from the top of the stairs.
A Mid-20th Century-style house, 6 large rooms, 2 large attic rooms. Can be
furnished as a traditional or a modern home. Attractive architectural details,
delightful porch, 2 dormer printed “leaded” windows. Opening roof. Simple
construction, - all windows and doors pre-assembled.
