The Templeton kit is a large Georgian house, includes the basement and 4 floors in total.
The front opens as one (basement front connected to remainder of house) with central stairs leading to each floor.
There are 3 attic rooms ranging from 7″ to 10″ room dividers can be placed where you want them to create the room sizes you want.
Room sizes 15″ (380mm) wide x 14″ (350mm) deep.
Supplied: Hinges Exterior timber/stonework/trim, Window trims Stairs.
Internal doors, Stair spindles and Handrail are available separately (additional charges apply).
