Laurel Town House is inspiration from Laurel, Delaware, USA.
Kit comes Unpainted and Unassembled; with all parts precisely cut for ease of construction (colour construction guide supplied) made from 3mm MDF this wonderful, American Gothic style Dollhouse is a 3 story 9 room house, flat flush finish, detailed millwork, with beautiful colonial windows throughout the design. Interior has staircases of excellent millwork designs and a tiled roof with chimneys and spires and additional roof top balcony feature.
There are some very small fragile parts that require to be handled with care during construction.
Ready for you to add your own finishing touches such as paint, wallpaper, furnishings, lighting, and accessories all available from our website.
You will require a craft knife, tweezers, wood glue, and paint and furnishings to complete your project.
A Clear Perspex Back Wall secured with small magnets, and /or a Turntable are available separately at an additional charge.

These additional extras are a great way to view house interior and exterior simultaneously - not to mention showing off your completed house in 360 deg.
