pack kit comes unpainted and unassembled –ready to build and decorate on your
own.
This kit builds into an impressive
Art Nouveau property with lots of fine Art Nouveau detail, floors also engraved
with different patterns for each room .This glamourous French property has a
fully opening front for easy access to its interior and opening Mansard
roof.
Building comprises 18 rooms with
14 internal doors (all opening in each way you want,) there are also architraves
on each side of the doors and 31 windows (clear plastic window inserts
provided). Don’t forget about the 3 grand staircases (2 templates included to
help you build them).
This is a large project!
Kit comes complete with all
structural elements to create walls, detachable roof, with easy-to-follow
instructions.
Made in quality Birch plywood. Lights and Glue not included.
Paint, decorate, embellish it making your own magical miniature place.
