PAYMENT PROCESS:

Once placed, you will be emailed a confirmation order with invoice. Invoice Payments are “Due Upon Receipt” as per normal online trading  Terms & Conditions. Payment is made via the payment link on the invoice. For non-card payment orders, all items are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of funds to our bank account.

For security reasons, we do not forward credit card receipts with orders, As payments are received through our Paypal Payment Gateway no credit card transaction details are available to us. Should a purchase be made in-store, customers’ financial details are destroyed after each transaction with no details kept on file. We do not sell or supply our customer details to 3rd parties under any circumstances.

We use Standard NZ Post Rates for nationwide delivery plus $5.50 for Rural Delivery (RD) addresses.

Dolls House Orders

A full postal address/delivery address is required when sending an initial dolls house enquiry so that we can determine accurate shipping/postage charge for these larger items.

Larger items, if not drop-shipped direct to customer by the supplier, we will use NZ Pack & Send National Carrier Service
