This delightful Kit comes unpainted, made from Birch plywood,
little to no sanding required.
Kit available with French doors or garage option
in kit, so you get to choose which you insert in your build. Kit comes with 12
rooms.
Kit is open on two sides with lots of room for decorating. Kits comes
with assembled interior doors that function, decorative windows with Plexiglas,
assembled main door with functioning main door and storm door, assembled stairs
and post, door and window toppers. Assembled windows will have Plexiglas with
plastic covering to protect from scratches.
It is a good idea to review assembly instructions prior to putting kit together as it
will answer many questions.
