The Saint Charles is reminiscent of the fine old houses in the French Quarter. featuring 6 rooms, Porch, Balcony area, and open on 1 side. All 6 rooms are 12x13 inches.
Kit comes unassembled and unpainted including 2 detailed interior staircases with railings; Laser cut porch rails designed to represent the architectural fretwork iron railings typical of French Quarter style properties. It also has main roof running trim; 6 classic single windows; 3 detailed interior doors; 2 classic single doors. The Saint Charles is made from 1/4" cabinet grade Baltic Birch

As optional extra- have you thought of a clear Perspex panel to be fitted to open side together with a turntable (additional charges apply ) allowing you to have your house admired by one and all.
