Orders will be charged at the list price plus postage, and packing which will be quoted on /after receipt of the order. Orders are sent uninsured unless the customer requests insurance then please inform us when placing your order.
If an order contains multiple items, the items will be packed to minimise postal costs and not to the detriment of avoiding damaging items.
Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment.
For security reasons we do not forward credit card receipts with orders, please check your statement. All credit card details are destroyed after each transaction is completed and no card details are kept on file. We do not sell or supply our customer details to third parties under any circumstances.
If there are any items that we cannot supply as part of the order we will contact the customer for further advice, we will not automatically put them on back order without customer’s permission unless the supplier is able to indicate when stock will be received.
If for any reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty, at our discretion, a repair, replacement, or refund can be arranged. If a replacement is to be sent, the original faulty item has to be returned at the buyer’s cost. Please contact us either by telephone or email for further directions.
