The Jacksonville kit with choice of basement is made of 9mm quality MDF and comes unpainted and unassembled. Georgian style, front opening, has 8 rooms, centrally located stairs, 24 windows, 3 of which Attic Dormer windows in a fully accessible hinged attic Mansard roof.

Attic Room comes with 2 individual dividers to size room to your own preference. Internal Walls are pre-cut with holes for standard internal doors (available separately)
