The delightful Kinloch House Kit , comes unpainted and undecorated, made from 6mm quality MDF.
Comprises potentially 9 rooms, 3 dormer windows, 9 front windows , 6 side windows (additional faux windows can be applied to back wall of house for additional effect - contact us for ideas). Front opening with Mansard style attic roof, accessed by lifting front dormer window roof panel as hinged to the top of the house.
Stairs – optional – (we have a variety of different styles of stairs to tempt your imagination - (check out our website for details).
Room heights are approx. 220mm. Internal walls come with pre-cut holes for standard internal doors
