Welcome to Sheena’s Fine Furniture Range
My decision to create Sheena’s Fine Furniture Range evolved due to the ever-increasing excessive postage charges experienced by myself and my customers. By manufacturing locally, in collaboration with local New Zealand artisans, I’m able to offer affordable dolls house furniture and accessories, shorten wait times, reduce damage risks etc not to mention the grossly inflated worldwide postage charges which often amount to double the cost and more of the item being purchased, whilst continuing my commitment to making furniture by supporting other local small businesses, keeping craftsmanship and the Dolls Housing hobby alive in our community.
I believe, as do of many of my customers, there is a sense of modernisation required with our Dolls House hobby, to move beyond its traditional roots whilst still retaining the historical periods for those whom it remains their interest and passion. The creation of an additional contemporary look reflective of today's homes and lifestyles, will allow the hobby to remain fresh, relevant and exciting for a new generation of enthusiasts.
In reimagining the dolls house hobby for todays world, this will also be reflected in our product range. We invite you to spark your curiosity and join us.
